2 Corinthians 3:2-3 (NIV) You yourselves are our letter, written on our hearts, known and read by everyone. You show that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.
Many of us like to read but few enjoy writing. That is probably because we are afraid someone else is going to read what we have written and pass judgment on us. We need to get past the idea someone is going to “grade us”, like in school. When we express ourselves through writing, we reveal more about ourselves than we ever could by talking. Writing forces us to choose our words more carefully because it forces us to think more deeply.
Psalms can be very inspiring, they contain some personal and passionate writings of the Bible. When we write, we find that the small stuff in our life will feel more ordered and the big stuff won’t be so imposing.
Everybody has a life story. Think about yours, write it down, and then look for an opportunity to relate it publicly.
Write your life journal today, jot down your feelings about the smallest of details of your life. Let your words bless others.
May the Lord bless you and keep you and give your His peace! Written by Michelle W

I think that is what I doing in small ways here on a blog…I have never shared in type before so this is different but as I mentioned in another comment…it is good for me and I hope good for others…we all learn from one another…it took me many years to learn I didn’t have to experience it to know not to do it per se….that I could take someone else’s word for it and go on….boy I was glad when I learned to do that.
I am a hard headed person and have always had to learn the hard way…but alas no more…God is good and I hope to share more as time goes by.

So very true, great post! The Lord does speak to us, heal us, and draws us closer through our writing. It is also quiet time with Him. Just being still .
